Uitgevoerd als staalstructuur met prefab betonwanden en sandwichpaneelwanden, was de dimensionering van de dragende structuur best wel een uitdaging. Wat daarbij vooral in het oog springt is de bovenbouw in uitkraging die wordt ondersteund door een aantal kolommen in V-vorm. Anderzijds trekt ook de luifelconstructie sterk de aandacht. Die gaat over de volledige breedte van het gebouw heen, en overbrugt een totale overspanning van 35 meter.<\/p>\n\n<p>In dit specifiek project bleek de dimensionering van de luifelconstructie de grootste uitdaging te zijn, in de eerste plaats vanwege de grootte van de overspanning. Voor een dergelijke structuur, waar de windbelasting bepalend is voor de dimensionering, komt de handige BuildSoft windgenerator bijvoorbeeld heel goed van pas.
