In het kader van een wedstrijd uitgeschreven door de gemeente Vorst ontwierp B-architecten twee gebouwen met diverse voorzieningen voor de buurtbewoners, waaronder een restaurant, een auditorium en een sportzaal,\u201d zegt Pieter Ochelen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Door de aanwezigheid van het ondergronds metrostation Albert zijn de funderingsmogelijkheden zeer beperkt. Aan de ene kant van het Albertplein wordt een betonnen kern, die zich buiten de omtrek van het station bevindt, gefundeerd op palen.
